Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Drishti, the media intelligence app operated by NETRAX INTELLIGENCE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Drishti accounts are provisioned and managed by your organisation; there is no public self-service sign-up.
How to Request Deletion
- From the email address associated with your Drishti account, send an email to yash@getdrishti.in.
- Use the subject line: Delete my data.
- Include your account email and your organisation / workspace name so we can verify the request.
Because accounts are organisation-managed, we verify each request with your organisation’s administrator before processing it.
What Is Deleted
- Your account information (name, email address, and authentication credentials).
- Your workspace configuration (keywords and monitoring preferences).
- Your in-app actions (sentiment corrections and notification preferences).
What May Be Retained
We may retain a limited set of records (for example, billing or transaction records) where we are required to keep them by law, for the minimum period required, after which they are deleted. Publicly aggregated media coverage is not personal data and is governed by your organisation’s subscription.
Timeline
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
